This makes me sad not only for the people and family involved but for the gaming community as a whole. In light of the recent comments by trump and events that have been revolving around gaming as a whole. I don't even know if it was related to madden at all. Its almost like some conspiracy to bring down restrictions on gaming but that would be crazy.

ReplyDeleteNathaniel Clay at least they cant say madden promotes gun violence. Its no more violent then actual football. We just have to accept some people are bat shit crazy horrible people.(better gun control would be nice as well) people from any group in society commit these unspeakable acts
ReplyDeleteYou know what the saddest part about this whole thing is? Instead of society taking responsibility for its actions and the bad examples it continues to set along with addressing the underlying problem, they’ll just blame video games for inciting violence, which in retrospect is only going to piss gamers off even more until someone else loses it and takes even more lives. Society better come to terms with how fucked up it is and stop playing the blame game before the next Civil War breaks out because at this point it just seems inevitable.

ReplyDeleteThe politicians need to get together and do something about the mental health issues. Most of the mass killings are done by unstable people. Sad this country abandoned its mental health policy in the early 80's. Thanks to our great politicians.
