But now, gamers haven't really been happy with them. Their new games have either ruined a franchise or haven't been up to par and was mixed on its reviews. For example:
They made Mirror's Edge a overlooked and underrated game, but they brought it back to life with Catalyst, which had a Ubisoft Open World feeling, which didn't work well.
Dead Space was once a great game and then the sequel got the love for being another great game, although most being mixed on is it better than the first. However, they messed it up with Dead Space 3! It did what Dead Space 2 did on focusing more on action, except did it worse on making it too easy and a confusing story.
Mass Effect was an awesome trilogy that tested the times of how awesome the last generation was. Even with 3 and that bad ending, people still loved the trilogy in general. However, with Andromeda, EA mentioned a while ago that the franchise would be put on hold thanks to poor decisions, glitches that made it unfair, and characters that weren't up to par of the trilogy.
Medal of Honor was once a great franchise with the loved sequels, until they rebooted it and it was mainly panned for NOT being Medal of Honor!
Titanfall 2 was a game that seek potential and was getting positive reviews, until they released it near the same date as Battlefield 1, which came out a few days before, but the sales were affected and getting less mentioned.
I'm torn between Activision and Konami. Activision has a knack for repetitive and money grabbing strategies while demoting great franchises such as Spyro and sweep them under the rug while Konami have not only been mistreating their franchises, reducing great series like Castlevania and MGS into pachinko attractions, but their employees as well. We all know what happened Kojima.
Capcom, as much as I hate to admit this, is slowly getting up there with their shady business practices, mainly in the form of releasing games with very little content and half baked DLC. They are slowly losing their title as the king of the fighting genre.
Sr. Das Antigas That is probably because SEGA only continues to make Sonic games, if they would continue ,Ristar, Streets of Rage and many more if their IP they would have a better reputation.
Breabăn David People are angry of KONAMI, because they canceled a new Silent Hill game, treated bad KOJIMA and fired him, and put Silent Hill and Metal Gear Solid 3 as Pachinko Machine games.
Konami wasn't the worst as they are right now when they have Metal Gear doing good while not forgetting about their other franchises at the time.
EA and Activision are still money grubbing jerks while they still milk their franchises until people got really tired of them.
I really lost a lot of my fondness with Bethesda after what they did with Fallout 4. As a fan of that franchise, I knew how great Fallout was when it wasn't skinned down. I bet a lot of you remember how complex New Vegas was with it's RPG mechanics.
New Active Games they also released allt eh valve games for console but since valve didnt want to make customers pay for updates/DLCs EA stopped their partnership... And I'm pissed because that means no updates for L4D1+2,TF2,Portal 1+2 and Of course HL2... Fuck you EA
Take Two for cease and desist on open IV (mods for GTA), Bethesda (Paid Mods), Activision (Mostly Call of Duty/Destiny hate), EA (As always/something that personally stands out to me is how they ruined Bioware), Nintendo (seems common after Wii U now), Ubisoft think they just got ddos , #FuckKonami
