Just So Damn Majestic

  1. Nicholas Hendricks is that really the image you want for America. An armed nation that projects peace through violence?

  2. Here For A While The hell are you on about?

    ReplyDelete
  3. Here For A While And? What's wrong with guns? They're awesome.

  4. Here For A While No no no. Go ahead, explain yourself.

  5. John Doe symbolism
    ˈsɪmbəlɪz(ə)m/Submit
    noun
    1.
the use of symbols to represent ideas or qualities.
"he has always believed in the importance of symbolism in garden art"
    2.
an artistic and poetic movement or style using symbolic images and indirect suggestion to express mystical ideas, emotions, and states of mind. It originated in late 19th-century France and Belgium, with important figures including Mallarmé, Maeterlinck, Verlaine, Rimbaud, and Redon.

  6. Here For A While I know what symbolism is. I'm asking you to explain you're first comment, as I found it really cringy.

    ReplyDelete
  7. John Doe you understand what symbolism is. But you can't make the correlation??

    ReplyDelete
  8. Here For A While I don't understand because you seem to be out of touch with America's current image. We've always been seen as a country which loves guns. We've also always fought for peace through violence (WW2, Korea, Vietnam etc.).

    ReplyDelete
  9. John Doe fighting for peace through violence is not viewed as a great image to the rest of the world.
It just makes you look like a nation of tyrants. No matter the reasons behind it.

Korea and Vietnam were American blunders. And WW2 is not the finest hour of America either. The government waited and waited, till pearl harbour was obliterated.

That just made America look indecisive. Mixed with the extortionate prices they charged their allies for weaponry, which made America look greedy.

  10. Here For A While Hey, I never said I liked that part of our image. I'm only saying how it is. Blame our shitty politicians for that.

  11. It would be more American if there was beer, a burger, and a gun

    ReplyDelete
  12. John Doe but the symbolism of the gun, brings it to the foremind of the individual viewing it. When regards to America

    ReplyDelete
  13. Here For A While No. No one thinks like that. If you do then you need to take a chill pill. The only thing that comes to mind is the fact that you can own guns of many types here. Which is fucking awesome.

    ReplyDelete
  14. John Doe you can't say that no one thinks like that. I've literally just told you that I do.
I'm not alone in this loool.

Take a chill pill? You are saying that my account is one of emotional distress. But it's fact. Fact of symbolism in this instance.

And obviously the only thing that comes to mind is not that you could own guns, when I've given you an alternative perception lool.

  15. Here For A While When I say "No one" I mean that your way of seeing it is very much the more unpopular way. I'm saying to take a chill pill because you're over thinking it. In fact I don't understand why it matters to you at all. You're not American.

    ReplyDelete
  16. He's not at Dunkin Donuts so no it's not American

    ReplyDelete
  17. John Doe Then you agree that more than I see it that way. But it's not a popular accepted view.
Maybe that's because when it's said out loud, it leaves a smudge on the rose tinted glasses.

I've been accused of over thinking things before. But it's usually from people who don't think at all. I'm taken a little back by you typing it. As you have shown you can think.

It should matter to anyone. Just because we aren't in your nation. We still share a planet with you.

    ReplyDelete
  18. Here For A While
"Maybe that's because when it's said out loud..."
No, it's because 'Nam just isn't the first thing that pops into mind. The mental image of someone wasting some watermelons with their M2 Browning Machine gun on the other hand is exactly what people tend to imagine.

"I've been accused of over thinking..."
Perhaps this means you should do some self reflection?

    "It should matter to anyone..."
But it doesn't affect you. It's just stereotypes. Every country has them, and most people have a laugh at them.

    ReplyDelete
  19. John Doe you can be dismissive all you like. And you can also add personal insult as much as you like. You can even half quote me all you like.

    It means nothing.

You saying no then saying the imagery only brings up one amassed scene. After you yourself have already mentioned three. Let's me all I need to know about the way you think.

Reflection is still thinking. So make up your mind. Do you want me to think or be dumb like you?

Don't tell others what matters to them and what doesn't. It's this type of moronic behaviour that just compounds the symbolism, of people seeing you are a tyrannical nation. Duuuuh.

And just while we are on the subject of nam. When the rest of the world thinks about it. We think about all the napalm you dropped on people who had no where near the technology you did. We think about all the women the soldiers raped. We think about all the men that you shot dead because they wouldn't tell you where the so called "rebels" were. Even though you were the invaders.

So get off your high fucking horse. And just to finish off. Yes the whole world is watching you. And we are sick and fucking tired of you.

So get prepared Mr we did nothing . You never know when we will turn around, and ask for a wall to fully envelop you.

  20. Here For A While Wow, you sure got triggered didn't you? On top of that it took 9 hours to respond. First of all, I wasn't insulting you. Second, I said that imagery is what people tend to imagine. As in, that's what most people would imagine. Fourth, who's insulting who here cunt? All I said was that maybe you should rethink your position if others have told you that you're over thinking this. Fifth, most of us don't care how the world sees us. In fact, I bet they'd be surprised if you said people thought we were "tyrannical". We have to much stuff going on here to care about what you think of us.

Finally, 'Nam. I get the feeling you don't understand that war beyond the imagery seen on TV at the time. That Napalm was dropped on NVA troops equiped with Soviet gear. It was dropped on Vietcong forces equipped with a combination of gear supplied by the NVA and stolen from American boys they'd killed. We weren't bombing people fighting with sticks and stones. They even had Artillery and Tanks. I can't excuse the raping of Women. However, I'd like to remind you of the way the Vietcong murdered people who tried to help us. The way they used women and children as human bombs. The horrors they subjected American POWs to. To them we might have been invaders, but we were only trying to help the South. In fact we never stepped foot into North Vietnam. It was the North who wanted to push Communism on the South. Do I agree with getting stuck into someone else's war? No, not really. Personally I wish we would stop trying to police the world. But we never entered that war with bad intentions. We didn't want to Invade anyone, and we would have left regardless of the war's outcome. The majority of our guys didn't even want to be there in the first place.

  21. John Doe triggered looool. Another dig. You can't decide what I do and what I don't get annoyed about. And typing triggered just makes me think you are a fucking moron.

9 hours loool. Yeah, 9 hours. You aren't really that important to me.

You flip and change up alot after that. So I'm just going to leave it at this, Learn your fucking history. Because all of what you wrote is rose tinted fucknut nitwit shit.

Fr you yanks deserve everything that's coming to you. You invade and decimate cultures, time and time again. Say "it's what they wanted" and think the rest of the world will just buy it. Why? Because YOU say your intentions were good looool.

No one gives a fuck about your propaganda shit anymore. As soon as the world gets an opportunity.

    AMERICA IS GONE.

  22. Here For A While why are you fuckers arguing about this on a fucking meme post

    ReplyDelete
  23. Just in time Boi that question made no sense

    ReplyDelete
  24. Here For A While Alright buddy, you stay delusional. I'm tired of your nonsense.

    ReplyDelete
  25. John Doe whatever neanderthal. Next time don't talk bullshit. And you won't invoke the uncaring side of a real intellectual.

    ReplyDelete
  26. Here For A While Just a heads up, that condescending nature of yours is gonna get your teeth kicked in. You should follow your own advice and "get off your high fucking horse".

    ReplyDelete
  27. John Doe no one talks shit to my face.
In fact no one that I associate with in real life, would say the stupidity that you fucking wrote. You lemon brained power puff girl.

You can make all the third person threats you want. All you do is confirm what I wrote about your whole dog cock sucking people.

    ReplyDelete
  28. Here For A While Hmm the tears are delicious.

    ReplyDelete
  29. Here For A While lol. I'm tyrannical. That's funny. You should be a comedian.

    ReplyDelete
  30. John Doe you should be a thinker. But you are American.

    ReplyDelete
  31. Here For A While I was born in America, but live in Belgium now. So, he's not the only one

    ReplyDelete
  32. Here For A While Oh that's real clever. Nice one.

    ReplyDelete
  33. PolarJFX Official looool ok. Belgium is a weird weird place. I'm not sure you promote a positive here.

    ReplyDelete
  34. Here For A While Some things are weird, because you've probably never seen them before. For us Belgians, these are normal

    ReplyDelete
  35. PolarJFX Official yeah.... we know they are normal for Belgians.

    ReplyDelete
  36. Here For A While And why are you guy's discussing about this one picture someone wanted to share, there is completely no reason to do it

    ReplyDelete
  37. PolarJFX Official Because John Doe wanted to be Action man. But his plastic pecks were burned from the fire he landed on.

    ReplyDelete
  38. Here For A While Wow, that's so needed to make a discussion about 😐

    Social media these days....ugh

    ReplyDelete
  39. PolarJFX Official You don't get to tell someone else what they value and don't value.

That's the American in you trying to seep out into the world, to spread it's animosity and tyrannical behaviour.

    ReplyDelete
  40. Here For A While Well, you don't know that for sure if that's really my point

    ReplyDelete
  41. PolarJFX Official Your Point was to tell us what we can and can't discuss on social media.

    That was shot down.

Now you are referring to what? And what don't I know for sure?

    ReplyDelete
  42. Here For A While No, that wasn't my point. You just told something about being American, I just wanted to say I am to. And why you guy's were discussing about something so not needed.

    ReplyDelete
  43. PolarJFX Official yeah mate. You are really dispelling that notion. That Belgians are weird.

    ReplyDelete
  44. A. Wilson Haha, me too. Even though I live in Belgium, I still really like the USA 😃
