I have a friend who trains runners for marathons and I shared this with him a few weeks ago. He said he loved it and is always happy to see marathon posters like it. I suck at running but he helped me and if I saw something like that I'd feel much better about myself. Half of the run is mental endurance, it's the only reason why I became somewhat decent lol

ReplyDeleteman, I had a 10 minute mile, by the end of the year, I got it down to 7:25. Working to beat 5 minute. >:D
