Do You Feel That Always Online DRM Games Could Ruin The Ownership and Preservation of Certain Game Titles In The Future? (Community Poll #12)
Basically will games that require you to sign in and even single player requires that have online as well become worthless? Games where game saves rely on cloud syncing and multiplayer. I would love to know if you find this problematic for the $40-60 games you buy!

    I felt it on some of my STEAM games using old Gamespy Network.

    For all the people who chose Oh it wont scares me. Theirs games I play that I cant anymore because the company either stop supporting its servers, it feels like you don't own your game at all.

    If you can't play it without their servers than you are not realy owning it, you are just renting it and those servers are not going to be up forever.

    Always on games really irks me. Which is why I didn't get the latest Need for Speed.

    Aside from ruining the ownership of the physical game it also ruined it's user base IMHO. just like what happened  to StarCraft 2, every Internet cafe here at my place have the original StarCraft including most of my friends, when StarCraft 2 came out and you need to sign-in on battle net to play even for local network gaming very few that I know who played the original StarCraft have bought it.

    It is a problem. Games like Destiny, Need for Speed, etc. one day will be completely unplayable, never will you get to enjoy them again once the servers go down.
