They are not "rigged" as such. They have a sign on them that says its a game of chance and not skill. The overall odds of winning a particular amount of prizes is set inside the machine so the claw will only grab a winning prize once out of so many times (eg every 50 goes). However, this does not mean you can watch 49 people play and then swoop in to get the winning 50th go as the prize can be won at any point within the 50 tries so technically the prize could be won on the first go of the first 50 and the last go of the second 50 so there would be 98 losses in a row!
theyre designed to not grip anything properly at all, their strength on gripping anything is extremely weak so just about anything it grabs it will always slip, so in a way, yes theyre pretty much rigged. i remember a claw entirely grabbing and picking up a stuffed animal only to be dropped before it even let go due to how the claw is just pathetically weak.
someone explain to me how that isnt rigging? its not like they earn much money if it was to be fair at all.
Alinea Euros They are all strong enough and they do grab one prize in so many (see my post above) but they are also designed to grab a prize and then drop it at the last second to get you all excited so you want to have another go because you were "so close that last time".
the game is rigged how to win on these wait for someone to win and then count how many goes it takes for the next win and then you can wait for the x amount of goes just before it due to win
Albert Vargas i get toys out of those things at least 80% percent of the time.... its not gonna grab a toy thats stuck to the bottom or crushed next to somthing go for the easy targets..
In its defense... It was never meant to...
ReplyDeleteCan't make money that way...
This thing is rigged, it has been confirmed, doesn't matter how "good" you are, the mercy is in the tech inside that wallet sucker.
ReplyDeleteAwesome Bill From Dawsonville they loose money already not being used in the first place
ReplyDeleteWell it will only give you one if the machine has made enough money to pay for it.
ReplyDeleteI've won them.
ReplyDeleteThey work alright but from where you're controlling it from makes it hard to tell where it will land thus making it terrible.

ReplyDeleteTom Ashton yeah, sure that isnt rigged. I think you work for sugartoys.
ReplyDeleteI beat it once took me a couple trys ok let me correct myself there 50 trys

ReplyDeleteMy mom used to work at a place that had one of those and when people were winning to much they would loosen its grip soo yeah...
ReplyDeleteStuart Jackson not true. It's not so complex as that. The claw is just barely tight enough and the toys are stuffed tight together for resistance
ReplyDeletelol
ReplyDeleteAhahaha business issue..
ReplyDeleteAlbert Vargas i get toys out of those things at least 80% percent of the time.... its not gonna grab a toy thats stuck to the bottom or crushed next to somthing go for the easy targets..
ReplyDeleteI cleaned up on a claw game once. The toys were junk, but I gave away 15,000 of them because I kept winning...
ReplyDeleteAll those types of games are rigged to some extent...

ReplyDeleteWell yea, that's how the machine works.
ReplyDeleteTuvya R it is that simple they are rigged to win every so many goes
