Why is it that people are stuck on the nostalgia of the old console generation? Sure they're are one or two good games but that doesn't mean that the old days were the best days.
Yhittrium H. I enjoyed playing GameCube with my friends on the same TV than I've had on this gen's console online.. sometimes nostalgia can't be reasoned with
Spartan G-001 I grew up with a hand me down gameboy color. It has two games. Q-bert and Kirby. I didn't play on consoles till I was around 8. So didn't really play on those things. I do know how they play though now. Honestly, sure they were fun guns, but they just don't hold up to today's standards, in my opinion. Although I do respect yours. Again this is my opinion. And my opinion doesn't matter in the long run
I didn't have a NES, but we had a Wii and N64, and me and my sister used to always watch my brother play the game on them when it was thunderstorming outside and we loved it. My brother is in College now but I'm an even better player than him. I've beaten the games that he couldn't. It was so fun.
My first TV was a non cable ready Magnavox 13" color TV with dials. Quite useless without a vcr tethered to it and tons of tapes. Yes they still made such TVs in the mid 1980s
I was born in 1997 so I grew up playing the PS1, PS2 and GameCube. Me and my cousin still play old games and it's such a different experience than playing online games.
This was also back in the day when there was no YouTube to look up how to do things or find all collectibles. Real gamers know the struggle of that, before YouTube came out and everyone stopped doing things on there own.
Expansion Pak Me and my brother would do the same thing, we played Smash, Timesplitters, Champions of Norath, Champions Return to Arms and many more, that I can't think of for some reason.
lol I wonder why everyone had same looking hair in old photos I have near the same hair in my old photos

ReplyDeleteI wish I was around when the Nintendo and Sega was making games. Those seemed liked the best. No fly, hacks, and long updates.

ReplyDeleteExpansion Pak Me and my brother would do the same thing, we played Smash, Timesplitters, Champions of Norath, Champions Return to Arms and many more, that I can't think of for some reason.
